Small sized dogs are more likely to stand the heat, but Italian Greyhound,Australian cattle dog, Dalmatian, Border collie or a cute Beaglecould work. But i think a Vizsla is what you're looking for.

Hello,
Pretty much any dog can stand the heat if cared for properly! Dogs sweat from their feet, so a good way to cool them off is letting them stand in water. Also make sure the dog has LOTS of access to drinking water and shade. Really any dog would suit you. But here are a few:
Viszla
German Shot Haired Pointer
Basset Hound
Beagle
Coon Hound
 Enjoy!

You could get a water dog of some sort but a dog with one coat and a short hair will do better in the heat than a long haired dog. And get a white haired dog instead of black or brown.
