Kong actually makes specific toys, aside from their regular kong brand toys, that are called TUFF.

they are specifically designed for dogs that are serious chewers. I do know that petsmart carries a lot of them. lafemmenika26

Our little chihuahua rips through all of her toys in minutes.

Some of the most durable ones were twisted rope toys that are knotted on both ends. These things are durable and super heavy.

Strangely, the ordinary tennis ball has lasted the longest though. jobus

Kongs and Rhinos are great. Buster Balls and Buster Cubes are a lot of fun for dogs as well. Laura

My personal recommendation is to get any of the rubber "kong" toys. The kong bone and the ball sort of thing are incredibly durable. My dog has 2 of these toys and they have lasted him forever. Have fun with the pup! Sam

The squeaky plush ones won't work too well. One of the best toys that are hard to destroy are pull ropes. The bigger is usually better, depending on your dog as it'll be thicker and harder to rip apart. Pull ropes also help whiten a dogs teeth to. Dog balls now come in a massive baseball size. Really they do. Our first dog merely tore through the tiny ones but he was never able to with the bigger ones. Hillier
