I had the puppies to the vet and he gave them fluid under the skin and recommended giving them a drop of karo syrup before bottle feeding them. Although the mother has milk they are not sucking from her. Because they are dehydrated we are mixing the Just Born formula half and half with water. The whelping area is 80+ degrees. The puppies are 9 days old. Any suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated. I am also wondering if this is genetic or if it could be an infection.

My dog has been throwing up alot, and shes otherwise healthy according to the vet. I think it might be her dog food (authority) and i was wondering what the best all-natrual dog food would be. I know theres nutro, but there has to be something better than that.

How do you deal with a dog that damages things due to separation anxiety?

So_Wat asked:

How do you stop a dog from chewing furnitures and walls when you’re not home? The dog has severe separation anxiety from the family. Most of the time, there’s someone home, but when everyone’s out, the dog gets really anxious and scared. There are literally puddles of drool all over the floor. The family decided to keep the dog in a big laundry while the family’s away, but the dog manages to bite off the door frames and the wall. They’ve had this dog for 14 years, and he’s just begun doing this. The vet told them it’s old age. Does anyone have any solution?

I would like to be able to find a site that you can ask a question to a vet and be answered back. Does anyone know of a website where I might find this and I also need to do research on my dog’s health. She recently passed away and we really don’t know why. I have all her chart with all the lab work but I don’t understand it all.
