How do I help the puppies wean from momma?

We’ve been doing this since last Tuesday and the puppies seem to only eat a small bit each time. One puppy tends to eat more than the other. I try to feed them at least 4 times a day. They still try to suck on their mom whenever she is around. Any ideas for helping the process along?
