my dad is planning on getting 1 or 2 dogs, but he’s confused on which type to get because we’ve always had cats, never dogs. i have a 7 year old sister, so i don’t want her to get hurt or trampled by one haha, so which dogs are super friendly and loyal in your opinion? also he’ll be at work all day, so dogs that aren’t destructive and won’t tear up the house.

Me and my fiance are wanting to get dogs when we move and we want a dog that will gaurd the house but still be great with kids because we have a little girl on the way……so any advice would help
we like big dogs……we are making an exception to bulldogs though becuase i like them so just throw out ideas on good dogs
german shepherds are out of the question

Wondered what kind of breed or mixed dogs make great dogs for the deaf? There is training classes for deaf people with dogs, but theyre so expensive. I have a german shepherd part doberman dog, 6 yrs old female.
