I was recently talking about my life’s ambitions with my mum. I’m a big dog lover, and I told her I want to move out to a rural area and get about 5-10 dogs. A family member then remarked that if you want more than 4 dogs, you need to have a kennel license, and have to follow kennel regulations.

Is this true? All attempts to Google this topic came back with information about how dogs in kennels were required to be vaccinated.
