How can i get my puppy to stop peeing in her crate?

I put my 6 month old puppy in her crate while I am gone at work. She is only in her crate for about 4 hours at a time before someone else gets home to let her out. Her crate is only big enough for her to stand up and move around a little. Its the size the vet recommended so im sure its not too big. I have tried giving her treats in her crate and thats just not working. I let her out before and after I put her in the crate. I know its not her fault yet but I just dont want her to have to sit in her pee while I am gone. After she pees in her crate I clean it out really well. I know pet stores sell sprays to keep puppies from chewing on things but do they sell a spray to make puppies not want to pee in their crates? She does have a sheet in her crate I dont want to have to take it out but I think that may be part of the reason she is peeing in there.
She is a dachshund puppy. I have had her for a little over a month. She does not seem to have any other issues and has been to the vet at least 2 times since I have gotten her. I was told that 4 hours should not be too long for her to hold it. She does not have any water in her crate only a treat.
