I live in your mentioned area. Please please we have quite a few really bad puppy farmers around here so go to a reputable breeder. Go to the kennel clubs website and look for a breeder of your breed!!
There are 24Cocker Spaniel breed clubs in the UK alone.
Do your homework and don’t buy a puppy from a puppy farmer with no health certificates. They will still charge you the same amount of money but you get a substandard puppy.
You could also have a look at “Many Tears dog rescue” They have every breed under the sun.
