I had the puppies to the vet and he gave them fluid under the skin and recommended giving them a drop of karo syrup before bottle feeding them. Although the mother has milk they are not sucking from her. Because they are dehydrated we are mixing the Just Born formula half and half with water. The whelping area is 80+ degrees. The puppies are 9 days old. Any suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated. I am also wondering if this is genetic or if it could be an infection.

I am going to have 4 puppies who are 9 weeks old. I am moving across the country from Florida to California.
My mom is going to send me my 4 puppies by plane. Can you put 4 puppies in one crate? Or no? The puppies are 5 lbs each.

I mean, he’s only 10 weeks so vigorous exercise isn’t what I’m asking of him, but every time I take him out for a little walk down the street he just finds a spot in the grass and lays down but he’s not tired cause whenever we get inside he’s running around and playing. We hav a 17 week old puppy. we got him on mothers day (australia) which was on a sunday then later that week on the wednesday he had to go to like the pet hospital this was only wen he was 8 weeks.
we didnt get him bac till like he was 10 weeks.
now he has his own pen with newspaper layed out and a wee mat and his be and toys for him. there is even a blancket ova the pen to make it more like a den. but he cries at night.
he wont pee out side only inside during the day.
he was adored at the vet
he was on like 4 drips and was in like a box that controled his body tempreture. everyone thought he was going to die and we only visited when we were allowed to which wasnt alot cause we could cxatch it or thats what the vet said

I have 2 male black lab/blue tick puppies. Their names are Moose and Andy, and they’re 5 1/2 months old. Andy has developed food agression. It could be because he came from a litter of 12 or 13 puppies, but I’m no expert. He won’t let Moose eat first, and if my 3 year old miniature dachshund, Izabelle, tries to eat next to him sometimes he attacks her! I’ve tested him by trying to pet him while he’s eating, and he stiffens up and growls. I know that this is a huge problem, because if I at some point had to give the dogs up, Andy would never find a home with that problem. It’s just sad too because of the other 2 dogs. I feel really bad. Is there anything at all I can do to stop Andy’s food agression? Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thank you.

My mom just got me this really cute puppy that’s a chihuahau and I really love her. I even bought alll her things the day I got her. The problem is that she refuses to sleep alone in her bed even though my bed is next to hers. She’ll start crying if I don’t get up and calm her down and doing that kept me up half of the night. So I took her and put her in my bed but my mom found out and told me to put her back in her bed. After all I did she kept crying still and my sister took her to her bed. I really hope that tonight will be better bacause I’m really tired from last night. So all I’m asking is that if anyone knows what I can do? How can I make her calm down and go to sleep? How do I make her understand that she can’t sleep on my bed? I understand that she’s a puppy and is scared but I really need help.

Ok, so my pup of 5 months who’s a pug, named princess, loves chew toys. And recently i noticed that whenever she chewed she chewed so hard that there are blood stains in the chew toy and my brother found a piece of Princess’s tooth on the couch, and the next day he found another one, I know that princess is a puppy and her teeth will eventually grow but this problem really disturbs me.. Any suggestions? I think that this’ll really be a problem if it continues..
