How to ship my dog from Malaysia to Canada?

I’m planning to ship my dog from Malaysia to Canada this august. My dog is a 3 yrs old shih tzu. Has anyone ship their dog/cats from Malaysia to other countries before? What are the procedures/costs involved?
My dog is a really timid and pampered dog and I don’t know if he can cope with a stressful flight. So, I wish i can get some agency to arrange a pleasant flight for my dog to ensure that he is safe and healthy throughout the flight.
