Their ears open soon after that. They'll be wobbling around on all 4 feet by the time they're 3 weeks old. At 4 weeks, you should be offering them dry puppy food moistened with warm water 2 - 3 times a day. Give them about 15 minutes to eat, then feed any left-overs to the dam.
