My little older pom kept attacking my new Akitas. He wouldn't let up so the big Akita defended himself rather than what he could have done, but it caused some serious damage to my pom. After that, I kept at the two of them constantly letting the pom know, as well as the Akita, their fighting was not going to be tolerated. They got smacked every time. However, when they were good to each other, I made a big deal out of it so they had positive re enforcement as well. It only took a month or so but they worked it out that Mom didn't care for it and moved on. You just have to keep it up constantly with even the most tiny infraction until they get the message. DO NOT LEAVE THEM ALONE until they figure it out or SOMEONE WILL GET HURT!. Good luck!!
