Just as the Mom uses her tongue to do the same job but a washcloth is nicer for people..lol. BTW, poor mothering is hereditary too so be very careful about breeding her pups or you will get a line of poor mothers. You can do this buy simply giving your dog the command while the dog is pooping. When the dog is done I add a praise. I use the word "hurry up" as a command to stimulate my dog to eliminate.
