I have a 4 month old lab puppy and a 7 month great dane puppy and my great dane was spayed last week. And my lab pup keeps biting her stomach and anywhere else he can reach. He’s already ripped her stitches once from biting her stomach so how am i supposed to stop him from biting her period?

i know it sounds sad but you have to hit the other doggy and say “BAD DOG YOU DON”T HURT” and it that doesn’t work after a while get a bottle of empty windex and fill it with water and spray it. If nothing else make it go outside for a few minutes.

You could crate both dogs when you are not around to watch them,
separate them in different rooms while your dane puppy is healing

correct the dog and let him or her know that what they are doing is wrong, and if that don’t work roll you a piece a newspaper up and just lightly spank him or her and she will quit that,it may sound mean but you have to correct your animal if you want it to be dependable and a good creature.

keep them seperated untill she is fully healed!

after that you need to start teaching the “enough” comand, usually she would tell him herself but right now she needs your protection!
