Offer the weaker/smaller pups a nipple that one of the bigger pups has already gotten started. It takes a lot of a weak pup's valuable energy to get a nipple flowing. If they will nurse at all, mother's milk is best. If milk seems to be in short supply I would supplement the bigger ones with formula. Talk to your vet. I had a dog that had a very large litter once and I had to use milk replacer, but sometimes they just can't take the bottle feeds. You can buy milk replacer from the pet store. One kind is called esilbac. You will need a special puppy bottle to do this. I'd also suggest not breeding her again.
