Undertake some training of the dog which includes teaching the dog only to bark on command. 2. When the dog barks, spray water at him using a spray bottle and the command "Quit". 3. Enclose the dog in an area (e.g. laundry) so that he won't be stimulated to bark. 4. If he's barking at people passing by, don't allow him to view them by either restricting access or blocking the view by a solid object. 5. Ask yourself why the dog is barking (generally boredom). Ensure he has plenty of stimulating activities eg keep him busy with a game of Hide & Seek. Put about 10 bowls hidden around the yard in different positions each day with a small amount of treats. See if you can find somewhere where you can be around other dogs at a distance. When she see's the other dog, there will be a moment where she looks at them intensely before she barks. Have some tasty treats ready and as soon as her head turns towards the other dog catch that moment with a yes and treat. If you repeat that a LOT and in lots of different environments, she will stop worrying about other dogs.
