Here's what you should do:
1. Undertake some training of the dog which includes teaching the dog only to bark on command.
2. When the dog barks, spray water at him using a spray bottle and the command "Quit".
3. Enclose the dog in an area (e.g. laundry) so that he won't be stimulated to bark.
4. If he's barking at people passing by, don't allow him to view them by either restricting access or blocking the view by a solid object.
5. Ask yourself why the dog is barking (generally boredom). Ensure he has plenty of stimulating activities eg keep him busy with a game of Hide & Seek. Put about 10 bowls hidden around the yard in different positions each day with a small amount of treats.

Teach her that the word "yes" means you will give her a treat (ie, get out 20 tiny treats and say "Yes!" and give her one and repeat that). See if you can find somewhere where you can be around other dogs at a distance. When she see's the other dog, there will be a moment where she looks at them intensely before she barks. Have some tasty treats ready and as soon as her head turns towards the other dog catch that moment with a yes and treat. If you repeat that a LOT and in lots of different environments, she will stop worrying about other dogs.

I think you should lock her in for the night and open it in the day like at 6pm lock her in and at 7am in the morn. let her out that will solve some of the problems and just tell her to come in when u catch her barkin and tell her no. She'll eventually catch on

oh this is an easy one! your dog likes your rottweiler because its been around him/her. all you need to do is introduce your maltese to other dogs like your friends dogs or bring it to work or school or whatever.

Use a word that will distract her such as SHHH... but firmly and kinda loud! or just clapping your hands!i use UHUH loud and firm with my chihuahuas. When she stops barking treat her. After a while you wont have to treat her anymore! just continue with praise!
