It's possible that you won't be able to get her to be friendly, but you can try gradually. I don't know how you could get another dog, but try and make sure the other dog is very calm, friendly, and will obey commands, so that you know the other dog won't lash out. First bring the other dog around her with having the other dog in a cage. That way she knows it's there but she is still in power by being the free one and the other dog will stay put while she can examine it. After she seems ok with this, try having both her and the other dog on leashes. Then after that hopefully you can move to her being free with other dogs. Good luck! Be gradual with her socialization.
