I think it depends it on the bus service and how far you’re going.
Can anyone you know drive you and your dog to the vet? ^^

It prolly depends on where you live. But from where I am … unfortunately they are not. Which I truly understand … maybe you can take a cab?

You will have to call the bus company and see what their regulations are.
Can you get a ride from one of your friends parents or other family member?

That depends on where you live and what kind of dog you have. In most parts of the US, dogs are not allowed on the bus unless they fit in a portable carrier (which means they have to weigh less than 20-30lbs). In Canada, dogs are allowed on most public transportation. Most of our clients that don’t drive either get a friend to drive them or call a taxi. A few of them walk. The other option is to call around and see if any of the vets in your area do housecalls.
