clicker training!!!!!!
noise training!!!!!!
less attention
shout at her sometimes
possibly a spray collar for each time they bark
or a noise collar
just use ur commen sense, watch dog programmes if you need help training.
Get a half choker collar (half material and half chain it will tighten when the dog pulls and its more humane than a full choker collar)
make sure you get a lead that YOU have control with not the dog
it’s ok to tap them if they’re naughty
and basically make sure they know your the leader of the pack vampyric_blood_queen

When you’re out for a walk and she goes to chase you immediately turn in the other direction and briskly/firmly walk away.
It’s called negative punishment - she’s getting something she enjoys taken away from her.
Every time she goes to do it repeat the above. It might take a few times but she’ll get it.
Every time you are approaching a dog/cat and she DOESN’T react you need to praise and praise and praise. Use treats and pats and happy high pitched voice. (positive reinforcement) She’ll get the idea that she gets rewards for that behaviour and will want to repeat it to get the treat! kpid

You probably cannot do this yourself. You will need more help than what we can help you with here. Take your dog to obedience classes, both you and your dog will learn basic obedience & you won’t have to do this alone. Everybody there will be in the same situation you are in & need the same kind of help you need.
They teach you how to train your dog. Then you go home & practice what you learned each week. You will get help & advice with specific issues your dog has. They will teach you how to correct his chasing. bluebonnetgranny

I would say call Cesar Milan. I have watched quite a few of his shows and did some things that he has done for other dogs and it really does work. I was actually quite shocked.
So I would suggest doing just that, Watch a couple episodes and see if you can take what he teaches to help you and your pet. Dogumentry
